I usually try to spend about $50-60 Canadian per week on groceries, with dairy items being quite expensive where I live in Canada (it's about $3 for a 2L carton of milk and eggs going for about $3-4 per dozen at the store where I shop). I have been buying more fruits and veggies to cut down on costs.
